Research Posters

Using participatory action research approaches, the RWHP uses a variety of strategies as part of our community campaigns, mobilizations and material development projects. We have written extensively on issues pertaining to popular health education and our research projects.

RWHP collaborated with students from the UF College of Medicine's Equal Access Clinic (EAC) to present at Florida Medical Association's annual conference on the VIVIR project's testing and vaccination initiative in Alachua County.

RWHP presented at one our funders, Community Catalyst, conference on VIVIR Promotores de Salud initiative to educate community members on COVID-19 and pertinent health topics.

FPHA presentation covering the GINI Initiative and the barriers preventing immigrants' access to health care that it is addressing.

APHA presentation on the RWHP's 2020 Salir Adelante Reseach Project to gather challenges of Latina immigrants and recommendations to achieve health justice in North Central Florida.
